Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Charlottesville, VA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will support vascular IR cases in the operating room during a 13-week contract in Charlottesville, Virginia. Epic charting and a hybrid OR setting call for active case involvement and independent work.

• Prepare case inventory and orders in Epic
• Run the table and controls during procedures
• Perform 3D spins and assist with fusion imaging
• Document images and inventory used during each case
• Support vascular surgeons and OR staff throughout hybrid cases

• ARRT VI certification
• BLS certification
• Virginia Radiologic Technologist license, with temporary eligibility while pending if licensed in another state
• 2 years of vascular or interventional radiology experience
• Endovascular interventions, EVAR, TEVAR, and upper and lower extremity angiography skills

• Angioplasty, carotid stenting, thrombolysis, and thrombectomy
• Hybrid OR and trauma level I experience
• Ultrasound, access site prep, and vascular closure systems
• Siemens imaging system experience
