Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Charlottesville, VA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will support vascular IR cases in the operating room in Charlottesville, Virginia on a 48-week contract. The role uses Epic and involves active participation throughout procedures in a hybrid OR environment. The assignment supports vascular surgeons and procedural team members in a hands-on setting.

• Pull inventory and prepare cases in Epic
• Run table controls and support imaging during vascular IR procedures
• Perform 3D spins, fusion imaging, and post-processing
• Film procedures and document case inventory in HI-IQ
• Work closely with vascular surgeons, OR staff, and the procedural team
• Support fluoroscopic imaging for simple surgical cases

• ARRT VI certification
• BLS certification
• Virginia radiologic technologist license or temporary eligibility with an active out-of-state license
• 2 years of interventional radiology experience
• Experience with endovascular interventions, EVAR, TEVAR, and upper and lower extremity angiography

• Hybrid OR experience
• Angioplasty, carotid stenting, thrombolysis, and thrombectomy
• Ultrasound-guided access and vascular closure systems
• Trauma Level I experience
