Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Charlottesville, VA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will support interventional procedures in a high-acuity hospital unit for a 13-week contract in Charlottesville, Virginia. The unit has 8 rooms and 2 OR suites, serves adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, and uses Epic. The setting includes tertiary care and Level I trauma cases.

• Assist with vascular, oncology, and trauma procedures
• Prepare patients, sterile fields, and imaging equipment
• Support biliary, nephrostomy, cystostomy, and drain cases
• Help with contrast studies, biopsies, ablations, and access work
• Coordinate with the team during complex interventional cases

• ARRT R certification
• BLS certification
• Virginia license
• 2 years of interventional radiology experience
• Teaching hospital and Level I trauma center experience
• Epic charting system experience
• PACS and Siemens system experience

• ARRT Advanced certification
• Paracentesis experience
• Thoracentesis experience
• Infant, children's hospital, ICU, kyphoplasty, hemodynamic monitoring, or aortic intervention experience
