Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Reston, VA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will support procedural care in an acute care hospital in Reston, Virginia for a 13-week contract. The unit includes one cath lab and one EP lab, with Expanse, MacLab, and CardioLab charting and 3-4 staff members to 1 patient in the procedural room.

• Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies for cath and EP procedures
• Assist with diagnostic and PCI cath, STEMI, pacemaker and ICD implants, and ablations
• Support Watchman and other structural heart procedures
• Monitor patients in the procedural room and during pre and post care
• Document case information in Expanse, MacLab, and CardioLab
• Handle medication access, sterile technique, and workflow support in the lab

• RN licensure
• ACLS and BLS
• At least 2 years of related procedural experience
