Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Charlottesville, VA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will support vascular IR imaging cases in a hospital setting on a 46-week contract in Charlottesville, Virginia. The role centers on Epic charting, fusion imaging, 3D spins, and active participation in the case workflow. The setting includes imaging support in the operating room and collaboration with vascular surgeons and the procedural team.

• Prepare cases and inventory in Epic before procedures
• Operate the table and controls during vascular IR cases
• Perform 3D spins and support fusion imaging workflows
• Capture, film, and post-process images during procedures
• Document supplies and inventory in HI-IQ
• Assist vascular surgeons, the OR team, and X-ray staff with C-arm support for simple surgical cases

• Virginia Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT VI certification
• BLS certification
• 2 years of interventional radiology experience
• Endovascular interventions, EVAR, TEVAR, and upper and lower extremity angiography experience

• Angioplasty and carotid stenting
• Hybrid OR experience
• Thrombolysis and thrombectomy
• Trauma Level I experience
