Travel Intermediate Care RN in Thomasville, GA

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in an IMCU stepdown unit on a 13-week contract in Thomasville, Georgia. The unit cares for patients needing close monitoring and titrated drips in a hospital setting.

• Monitor intermediate care patients and report changes in condition
• Titrate critical drips under unit protocols
• Start IV lines and collect lab specimens
• Perform focused assessments and ongoing cardiac monitoring
• Administer medications and coordinate care with the team
• Document patient status and responses to treatment

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• One year recent Critical Care and ICU experience

• Previous travel experience
• MS/Tele experience
• PCU, DOU, IMC, or stepdown experience
• Telemetry oncology experience
