Travel Intermediate Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Step Down Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital in Cleveland, Ohio on a 13-week contract. The unit serves cardiology step-down and med/surg telemetry patients.

• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Assess intermediate care patients and trend responses
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Support patient education and discharge planning
• Escalate changes in condition promptly

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact multistate Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for
