Travel Intermediate Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide step-down care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The unit supports higher-acuity patients who need close monitoring and telemetry care. It is a hospital step-down setting for patients transitioning from critical care.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status
• Complete focused assessments and reassessments
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Support care plans with the team
• Respond to changes in condition
• Document care and patient progress

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license in hand
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• 12 months of permanent intermediate care experience

• PCU or progressive care experience
