Travel ICU RN in Tomball, TX

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for critically ill adults in a hospital ICU on a 13-week contract in Tomball, Texas. The 20-bed unit uses Expanse charting and Baxter Pumps, with ratios of 2:1 and low-acuity 3:1.

• Provide direct care for critically ill ICU patients
• Titrate drips and manage ventilator support
• Monitor vital signs, labs, and hemodynamic changes
• Assist with intubations, central line placement, tracheostomy care, chest tubes, and endoscopy procedures
• Collaborate with the charge nurse and care team on patient plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Expanse

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Medical ICU experience
• Ventilator management and IV drip titration skills
