Travel ICU RN in Fort Worth, TX

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care to adult patients in a long-term acute care hospital in Fort Worth, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit serves patients with cardiac, respiratory, neurologic, and trauma needs and uses ventilators and monitoring equipment.

• Assess adult critical care patients and update care plans
• Administer intravenous fluids and medications
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Assist physicians with procedures and advanced life support
• Manage ventilator support and suctioning as needed
• Educate and support patients and families
• Collaborate with the critical care team to deliver safe care

• Texas Registered Nurse license or multistate Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
