Travel ICU RN in Pasadena, TX

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care in a hospital ICU on a 13-week contract in Pasadena, Texas. The unit has 26 beds, uses Meditech for charting and commonly supports ventilators, CRRT and other advanced cardiac devices.

• Monitor critically ill patients and report changes in condition
• Manage ventilatory support and advanced cardiac devices
• Assist with bedside intubation and line placement procedures
• Support patients receiving CRRT and other complex therapies
• Document care in the electronic health record
• Coordinate treatment plans with the interdisciplinary care team

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• 1-2 years of ICU experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Critical care assessment and monitoring skills
• Ventilator and hemodynamic support experience

• Cardiovascular ICU experience
• Neuro ICU experience
