Travel ICU RN in Richmond, VA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Richmond, Virginia. The unit is a 32-bed ICU with a 1:1 to 1:3 nurse ratio, Meditech charting, and trauma-focused equipment support.

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients
• Administer ICU therapies and support ventilated patients
• Assist with intubations, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertion, and bolt placement
• Support cooling protocols and rapid transfusion
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and families
• Document care and respond to changes in condition

• Registered Nurse license in Virginia
• BLS and ACLS
• Trauma center ICU experience
• Critical care assessment and ventilator management skills

• Neuro ICU experience
• Burn care experience
