Travel ICU RN in Florence, SC

A Travel ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Florence, South Carolina. This 12-bed unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses Epic, and works with a 1:4 ratio. First-time travelers with ICU or stepdown experience are welcome.

• Deliver intensive care to adult and geriatric patients
• Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in condition
• Administer blood products, IV insulin, and other critical care therapies
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, peripheral IVs, and oxygen support
• Assist with ventilator and non-invasive airway care
• Support wound care, rapid response, and code team events

• South Carolina or compact Registered Nurse license in hand before start
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• 2 years of ICU or stepdown experience

• NIHSS
• Epic charting system experience
• Neuro and cardiac stepdown experience
• Arterial line, ventilator, and dysrhythmia management
