Travel ED RN in Weatherford, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will care for emergency patients in a hospital emergency department on a 13-week contract in Weatherford, Texas. The unit has 23 beds, 4:1 ratios, and uses Meditech. It is a Level IV trauma unit and primary stroke center with chest pain accreditation.

• Assess and triage emergency patients
• Monitor and stabilize patients with acute conditions
• Administer medications and perform standard ED procedures
• Support trauma, stroke, and chest pain care
• Document care in Meditech
• Collaborate with physicians, techs, and unit staff

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of emergency department experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications

• Meditech experience
