Travel ED RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a 15-bed hospital emergency department in San Antonio, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Expanse and cares for a wide range of patients with a 4:1 ratio and a collaborative staffing model.

• Assess and prioritize emergency patients
• Deliver bedside care, medications, and monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, techs, and paramedics
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Support stabilization and discharge planning
• Document care accurately in the EMR

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Standard certification
• TNCC certification
• ENPC or PALS certification
• Emergency department nursing experience
• Teamwork and compassion
