Travel ED RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Adult Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care in an adult emergency department on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit uses Meditech, serves acute and trauma patients, and typically staffs acuity-based assignments near 4:1.

• Assess and stabilize adult emergency patients
• Support airway, respiratory, and cardiac interventions
• Assist with trauma, stroke, and sepsis workflows
• Administer medications, blood products, and infusions
• Monitor patients during procedures and critical events
• Coordinate specimen collection, transfers, and patient flow

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC, NIH, and CPI certifications
• Emergency department experience with acute patients
• Meditech experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Trauma center experience
