Travel ED RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will care for adult patients in a hospital emergency department on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit uses acuity-based assignments, typical 4:1 ratios, and Meditech charting. Level II trauma center experience is valued.

• Assess and triage adult emergency patients
• Monitor acute and trauma cases
• Start IV access and collect specimens
• Administer emergency medications, infusions, and blood products
• Assist with airway support and resuscitation
• Support stroke, sepsis, and STEMI alerts
• Provide patient education and coordinate transfers

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIH, and CPI certifications
• Acute adult emergency department experience
• Meditech charting experience

• Trauma center experience
