Travel ED RN in Tomball, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide acute care and assessment in a hospital emergency room in Tomball, Texas on a 13-week contract. The 24-bed unit uses Meditech and serves adult and pediatric patients in a Level III trauma center with chest pain and stroke designations.

• Assess emergency patients and prioritize care
• Initiate IV access and collect blood specimens
• Administer medications and blood transfusions
• Support resuscitation and moderate sedation
• Assist with intubation, splinting, and restraints
• Care for behavioral health, adult, and pediatric patients

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• PALS or ENPC certification

• TNCC
• ATCN or CEN certification
