Travel ED RN in Salem, VA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care for critically ill patients in a freestanding emergency department on a 13-week contract in Salem, Virginia. The 8-bed unit uses Meditech and serves high- and low-acuity patients with a 4:1 ratio.

• Assess high- and low-acuity emergency patients
• Provide care for critically ill patients
• Administer medications and monitor response
• Collect and review labs and diagnostic results
• Collaborate with nursing and emergency staff
• Document assessments and interventions accurately

• Virginia Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Emergency Department nursing experience
• Ability to care for critically ill patients
