Travel ED RN in Napa, CA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will care for emergency patients in an acute care hospital during a 13-week contract in Napa, California. The unit serves infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics and uses Epic with a 1:4 ratio. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Triage emergency patients and prioritize care
• Assess and reassess patients across age groups
• Initiate nursing interventions for acute and emergent conditions
• Administer medications and emergency treatments as ordered
• Coordinate care with radiology, pharmacy, and other support services
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in Epic

• California Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of emergency department experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC
• Triage experience

• ICP monitoring
