Per Diem ED RN in Los Angeles, CA

A Per Diem Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in an acute care hospital in Los Angeles, California. The unit uses Allscripts EMD charting.

• Assess and monitor patients with urgent and emergent needs
• Administer medications and support emergency interventions
• Coordinate care with the interprofessional team
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses in the charting system
• Support triage, prioritization, and rapid response to changing conditions
• Provide patient and family education as appropriate

• California Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of ER unit experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, and CPI or MAB or SAAM
• EPIC experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
