Travel ED RN in Mauston, WI

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in the emergency department on a 13-week contract in Mauston, Wisconsin. The role serves pediatric through geriatric patients, supports ESI triage, and handles documentation and emergency resuscitation in an acute care hospital.

• Coordinate care for emergency department patients across the age spectrum
• Perform age-appropriate assessments and ESI triage
• Document nursing care and patient responses in the ED record
• Collaborate with providers and ancillary staff to support timely care
• Administer IV fluids, blood products, and other ordered therapies
• Respond to crises, prioritize multiple patients, and support discharge needs
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and room readiness

• Associate degree in nursing
• Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or active Compact Licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

• Four-year degree in nursing
