Travel ED RN in Kingwood, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Kingwood, Texas. The unit has 28 beds, uses Meditech, and manages patients at 4:1 ratios.

• Assess and stabilize emergency patients
• Perform IV starts and blood draws
• Support resuscitation and EKG workflows
• Administer ordered treatments and medications
• Document care in Meditech
• Work with the charge nurse and support staff to coordinate care

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC
• Acute emergency department experience

• Trauma experience
