Travel ED RN in Easley, SC

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care for a diverse patient mix in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Easley, South Carolina. The emergency department serves neonates through geriatrics, and first-time travelers are welcome based on experience.

• Assess patients and prioritize care in a busy emergency department
• Administer emergency medications and support rapid treatment plans
• Start and maintain IV access and collect specimens
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient status
• Provide care for adult and pediatric patients with acute and complex needs
• Support isolation precautions, triage, and collaborative team care

• Active South Carolina or multistate Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
• CPI or MAB certification
• 2 years of emergency department experience
• Emergency medication administration, phlebotomy, and IV therapy skills
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and combined adult and pediatric emergency care experience

• TNCC certification
• ENPC certification
• NRP certification
• Experience with trauma, stroke, behavioral health, and ventilated patients
