Travel ED RN in Corpus Christi, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital unit on a 6-week contract in Corpus Christi, Texas. The 12-bed unit uses EMR, with a 4:1 ratio and a fast-paced mix of cardiac and neurologic emergencies. Core cases include STEMI and stroke, and the team values strong neuro and cardiac skills.

• Assess and triage emergency patients
• Monitor cardiac and neurologic status
• Administer medications and initiate treatment
• Assist with STEMI and stroke care
• Support rapid emergency interventions
• Document care and patient response in EMR

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• CPI certification
• TNCC certification
• ENPC or PALS certification

• Strong neuro and cardiac clinical skills
• High energy in a fast-paced emergency department
