Travel ED RN in Corpus Christi, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care in a small emergency department in Corpus Christi, Texas for a 13-week contract. The unit has 6 rooms, 4 vertical beds, a 3:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, and MEDITECH charting.

• Assess and stabilize emergency patients
• Start IVs and obtain blood samples
• Perform EKGs and monitor vital signs
• Insert Foley catheters as needed
• Assist with ortho splinting and wound care
• Support patient care with the charge nurse and team

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
