Travel ED RN in Brownsville, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital in Brownsville, Texas for a 13-week contract. The unit has 22 beds, a 4:1 patient ratio, and uses Meditech.

• Assess patient acuity and assign triage levels
• Prioritize care and coordinate treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and ancillary teams
• Monitor patient safety and respond to changes in condition
• Document patient care in Meditech
• Support patient flow and unit teamwork

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC
• Emergency department assessment, triage, and documentation skills

• 1 year of emergency department experience
