A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Arcata, California.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients with urgent and emergent conditions
- Monitor vital signs and clinical status during treatment
- Administer medications and support ordered therapies
- Assist with emergency interventions and patient stabilization
- Document care and communicate changes in condition
- Coordinate with physicians and the care team for timely treatment
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- 3 years of emergency department experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
