Travel CVOR Tech in Greenville, SC

A Travel CVOR Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will support cardiac operating room cases in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Greenville, South Carolina. The unit averages 3 hearts per day for adults and geriatrics. The hospital is a Level I Adult Trauma Center, a Magnet hospital, and a teaching hospital.

• Prepare the cardiovascular operating room for surgical cases
• Assist with CABG, valve, aortic, ASD, and ECMO procedures
• Support ventricular assist device management during cases
• Pass instruments, supplies, and implants to the surgical team
• Maintain sterile technique, counts, and timeout compliance
• Anticipate surgeon needs and provide first assist support when assigned

• BLS
• Certified Surgical Technologist through NBSTSA
• 2 years of CVOR experience
• Level I trauma experience
• Prior travel experience

• First assist experience
• EVAR and TAVR experience
• Angioplasty and stenting experience
