Travel CVICU RN in South Carolina

A Travel Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse will provide bedside care for critically ill cardiac patients in a mixed ICU on a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. The 28-bed unit uses Meditech and typically manages 1:2 to 1:3 ratios.

• Deliver bedside care for cardiac and neuro intensive care patients
• Monitor telemetry, hemodynamics, and ventilator needs
• Assist with CABG recovery, mechanical circulatory support, and invasive lines
• Support EVD care, targeted temperature management, and neuro checks
• Provide phlebotomy and respiratory treatment support as needed
• Complete bedside handoff and coordinate care with the team

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
• One year of ICU nursing experience
• Prior CVICU experience
• Ventilator management and telemetry interpretation skills

• Meditech experience
• Previous successful travel nursing assignment
• BSN
• TNCC certification
