Travel CVICU RN in South Carolina

A Travel CVICU Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in a mixed ICU on a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. The 28-bed unit uses Meditech charting and manages cardiac and neuro critical care patients with 1:2 to 1:3 ratios.

• Care for ventilated ICU patients
• Monitor telemetry and advanced hemodynamics
• Support patients with CRRT and invasive cardiac monitoring
• Assist with post-op cardiac surgery and neuro critical care needs
• Administer respiratory treatments
• Perform bedside shift report and transfer handoff

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
• 3 to 6 months of RN experience and 1 year of ICU experience
• Experience caring for ventilated ICU patients
• CRRT, advanced hemodynamics and phlebotomy skills
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• BSN
• TNCC certification
• Meditech experience
• Previous successful travel nursing assignment
