Travel CNA in Portland, OR

A Travel Certified Nursing Assistant will support adults and geriatrics on a telemetry unit at a short term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon. The unit has 27 beds, an average daily census of 25, and uses Epic. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assist with bathing, hygiene, feeding, toileting, and incontinence care
• Obtain and record vital signs, pulse oximetry, weights, glucose checks, and intake and output
• Support safe transfers, ambulation, turning, repositioning, and use of mobility aids
• Maintain patient safety with alarms, call lights, bedside checks, and isolation precautions
• Collect specimens, measure drainage, and report changes in patient condition promptly
• Provide pressure injury prevention, skin care, and basic equipment setup

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• BLS certification
• 1 year of CNA experience
• Acute care patient care experience
