Per Diem CNA in Hood River, OR

A Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant will support medical-surgical patients in a hospital in Hood River, Oregon. The setting is a critical access hospital with Epic charting and adult and older adult patients.

• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and safe patient mobility
• Support feeding, bathing, grooming, linen changes, and personal hygiene
• Provide turning, repositioning, skin care, and pressure injury prevention
• Obtain vital signs, oxygen saturation, and point-of-care glucose results
• Deliver incontinence care, mouth care, perineal care, and shower assistance
• Report changes in patient condition to the nurse

• Active Oregon Certified Nursing Assistant license
• BLS certification from AHA
• 0.8 years of acute care hospital experience
• Recent Epic experience
