Per Diem CNA in Portland, OR

A Per Diem Medical Surgical Certified Nursing Assistant will support patient care in an acute care hospital in Portland, Oregon. The unit serves middle adult and older adult patients and uses Epic charting.

• Assist with ambulation and safe transfers
• Provide bathing, grooming, shaving, and shower assistance
• Change linens and support patient comfort
• Obtain vital signs and pulse oximetry
• Support feeding, turning, repositioning, and pressure injury prevention
• Provide incontinence care and mouth, perineal, and skin care
• Follow isolation precautions, PPE practices, and report changes in patient condition

• Active Oregon Certified Nursing Assistant license
• AHA BLS certification
• 1 year acute care hospital experience
• Recent Epic experience
• Basic patient care, transfer, and vital sign skills
