Per Diem CNA in Hood River, OR

A Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant will provide bedside care on a medical-surgical unit in a critical access hospital in Hood River, Oregon. Epic charting is used, and the role serves adult and older adult patients.

• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and safe patient positioning
• Provide bathing, oral care, grooming, shaving, and linen changes
• Support feeding, incontinence care, and toileting needs
• Obtain vital signs, blood pressure, pulse, respirations, temperature, and orthostatic readings
• Perform glucose point-of-care testing and use oxygen equipment as directed
• Monitor for changes in condition and report concerns promptly

• Active Oregon Certified Nursing Assistant license
• AHA BLS certification
• 0.8 years of acute care hospital experience
• Recent Epic experience
