Travel Case Management RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Case Management Registered Nurse will coordinate care planning and discharge support in a hospital for a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit uses Cerner, serves a 1:40 caseload, and operates in a Magnet hospital with Level II trauma and comprehensive stroke services.

• Coordinate discharge planning and care transitions
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, patients, and families
• Review documentation and barriers to discharge
• Support case management decisions across the hospital
• Track patient needs and follow-up services
• Communicate clearly with the care team

• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• Strong documentation skills
