Travel Case Management RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Case Management Registered Nurse will support case management in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The role covers a 1:40 ratio and uses CERNER, NATE and ENSOCARE, with supportive leadership and strong teamwork.

• Coordinate care plans and discharge planning
• Review documentation and update case management records
• Communicate with patients, families and the care team
• Assess barriers to safe transitions of care
• Collaborate on resource planning and utilization management
• Adapt to changing priorities across multiple cases

• North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Documentation, communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and shifting priorities
