Travel Case Management RN in Asheville, NC

A Travel Case Management Registered Nurse will support care management in a hospital for a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The unit uses CERNER and manages a 1:40 patient load across the hospital.

• Coordinate care management across the patient stay
• Collaborate with the RN care management team and other disciplines
• Assess patient needs, barriers, and discharge plans
• Document case management activity and care coordination steps
• Communicate clearly with patients and families
• Support transitions of care and ongoing follow-up needs
• Build trust through teamwork and responsive communication

• Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Documentation skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to shift attention between tasks
• Ability to build trust with patients, families, and team members
