Travel Ambulatory Care RN in West Hollywood, CA

A Travel Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse will provide outpatient care for a 13-week contract in West Hollywood, California. The unit supports patients with spinal, foot and ankle, pain management, and rehabilitation needs, uses Epic, and has a 54-room setup. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assess ambulatory patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups
• Obtain vital signs, heights, weights, pain scores, and health histories
• Administer intramuscular medications and support ordered clinic treatments
• Provide patient teaching on care plans, medications, and follow-up needs
• Assist with dressing changes, suture removal, and wound care
• Support venipuncture and urgent response measures as needed

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 2 years recent outpatient or ambulatory clinic experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Skills in vital signs, pain assessment, patient teaching, and allergy review

• Orthopedic ambulatory experience
• Pediatric ambulatory experience
• Wound care, dressing changes, and suture removal
