Travel Ambulatory Care RN in Tarzana, CA

A Travel Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse will support an outpatient clinic in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in Tarzana, California. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses Epic, has 6 rooms, and averages 40 visits each day.

• Prepare patients for ambulatory urology visits
• Assist with urodynamics, cystoscopy, and pelvic exam workflows
• Support catheter placement and specimen collection
• Obtain vital signs, histories, and medication reconciliation
• Provide patient teaching and follow-up phone support
• Set up sterile procedure trays and maintain universal precautions

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• 2 years of ambulatory/outpatient clinic Registered Nurse experience
• Epic charting system experience

• Urology background
• Urodynamics experience
• PTNS experience
• Internal Medicine experience
