Travel Telemetry RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for orthopedic and telemetry patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The unit uses Meditech and supports total knee and hip replacement, wound care, and pre- and post-operative care.

• Provide care for orthopedic telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac and postoperative status
• Assist with total knee and hip replacement care
• Support preoperative and postoperative care
• Perform wound care and dressing support
• Document care in Meditech
• Collaborate with the care team

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• 2+ years of Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse experience
• Minimal wound care experience

• Orthopedic patient care experience
• Meditech experience
