Travel Surgical Tech in Vail, CO

A Travel Surgical Technologist will assist during surgical procedures in the operating room on a 13-week contract in Vail, Colorado. The role focuses on sterile technique, instrumentation, and teamwork for patients from neonatal through geriatric ages.

• Maintain a sterile and aseptic surgical field
• Provide instruments and supplies during procedures
• Monitor packaging, integrity, and expiration of sterile items
• Support patient transport, room turnover, and room preparation
• Participate in time out, briefings, and debriefings
• Clean and prepare instruments for terminal sterilization
• Assist with basic surgical cases under RN direction

• Active Colorado Surgical Technologist license
• BLS certification
• Completion of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or Licensed Surgical Technologist education
• 1 year surgical technologist experience
