Travel Surgical Tech in Lonetree, CO

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will assist in a main operating room in Lone Tree, Colorado, on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Meditech and supports about 8 to 11 rooms each day. Neuro and transplant cases are among the procedures performed.

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies for surgical cases
• Assist the surgical team during neuro, transplant, and other procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and support counts, specimen handling, and case turnover
• Set up and verify equipment and surgical items before procedures
• Document case information in Meditech as directed
• Communicate with team members to support smooth case flow

• Minimum 6 months of current hospital surgical technologist experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current surgical technologist certification
• Colorado surgical technologist registration
• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program

• Meditech experience
• Travel experience in large hospital operating rooms
• Robotics case experience
