Travel Surgical Tech in South Carolina

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will assist in the operating room during a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. This level I trauma center teaching, Magnet hospital supports a broad mix of surgical cases, uses EPIC charting, and welcomes first-time travelers.

• Prepare operating rooms and sterile supplies
• Assist during orthopedic, neuro, ENT, robotics, transplant, trauma, GU, and GYN cases
• Pass instruments, sutures, and supplies to the surgical team
• Support patient positioning, draping, and case setup
• Maintain sterile technique and surgical counts
• Help with room turnover and case cleanup

• 2 years of surgical technology experience
• NBSTSA certification
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program

• Neuro case experience
• ENT flap experience
• Robotic case experience
