Travel Surgical Tech in Santa Rosa, CA

A Travel Surgical Tech will support an outpatient surgery unit in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Santa Rosa, California. The unit serves pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across 4 rooms using Epic charting and a broad surgical case mix, including orthopedics and arthroscopy.

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for cases
• Assist the surgical team during procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and aseptic practices
• Support orthopedic, podiatry, and arthroscopy cases
• Set up cameras, light cords, and drill equipment
• Help with room turnover and case readiness
• Document case support in Epic

• Current BLS certification
• 1 year of surgical technology experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Aseptic technique

• NBSTSA certification
• California state license
• Ambulatory OR experience
• General OR case experience
