Travel Surgical Tech in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will assist in the operating room on a 13-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role supports neuro, trauma, ortho trauma, spine, general, gynecology, urology, ENT, and plastics cases in a hospital setting with Cerner charting and DaVinci XI robotic technology.

• Prepare instruments, case carts, and sterile supplies for surgical procedures
• Assist during neuro, trauma, orthopedic, spine, general, gynecology, urology, ENT, and plastics cases
• Maintain sterile technique and support room setup, turnover, and patient positioning
• Handle trauma instruments and trays, including reprocessing and case cart management
• Support robotic and minimally invasive procedures using the DaVinci XI system
• Anticipate surgeon needs and assist throughout complex cases

• NBSTSA certification
• BLS certification
• 2 years of surgical technology experience
• 1 year of Level I trauma experience
• Neuro and trauma case proficiency
• Prior travel experience

• Abdominal aortic aneurysm repair experience
• Cerner charting system experience
• Vascular case experience
