Travel Surgical Tech in Spokane, WA

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will assist in the main OR of an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit serves neonates through geriatrics in a 20-room, Epic-charted OR with complex neuro, ortho, general, pediatric, and transplant cases. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Scrub and circulate in the main OR
• Prepare instrument sets, case carts, and sterile supplies
• Assist with counts, specimen handling, and universal protocol
• Support neuro, ortho, general, pediatric, gynecologic, urologic, and transplant cases
• Maintain aseptic technique and surgical safety practices
• Document equipment and case details in Epic

• Washington state license in hand
• NBSTSA certification
• BLS certification
• 1 year of surgical technology experience
• Scrub and circulate proficiency
• Aseptic technique, specimen handling, case cart, and universal protocol skills

• Robotic surgery experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Level II trauma experience
• Pediatric OR experience
