Travel Surgical Tech in Pittsfield, MA

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Tech will assist in the operating room on a 13-week contract in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The 8-bed unit supports a broad surgical case mix.

• Prepare the operating room and sterile field for surgical cases
• Pass instruments and supplies during procedures
• Anticipate surgeon and team needs across a broad surgical case mix
• Support precepting and guidance of team members as needed
• Maintain sterile technique, counts, and case readiness
• Assist with room turnover between cases

• BLS certification
• NBSTSA certification
• Certified Surgical Technologist background in an acute care operating room
• Broad surgical case proficiency
• Precepting ability

• C-section case experience
• ENT case experience
• Plastic surgery case experience
• Robotic surgery experience
