Travel Surgical Tech in Seattle, WA

A Travel Surgical Tech Surgical Technologist will support orthopedic and spine cases in an acute care hospital in Seattle, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit serves adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics and uses specialty equipment for orthopedic procedures.

• Assist with orthopedic and spine procedures in the operating room
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field and surgical instruments
• Support aseptic technique, fire safety, and universal protocol practices
• Handle scopes, fiber optic equipment, drills, and electrosurgical tools
• Process instruments, sterilize equipment, and manage specimen labeling
• Maintain sharps safety and isolation precautions during procedures

• Washington Surgical Technologist license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of general OR experience
• Orthopedic, spine, and podiatry surgical tech experience
• Mako Surgical System experience

• Ambulatory OR experience
• Teaching hospital setting
• Trauma experience
