Travel Surgical Tech in Pittsfield, MA

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will support operating room procedures in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The unit is an 8-bed operating room handling general, gynecologic, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic, neuro, and trauma cases.

• Prepare the operating room and maintain a sterile field
• Assist surgeons and the circulating team during procedures
• Pass instruments and supplies for a range of surgical cases
• Support setup and turnover for general and specialty operations
• Monitor case flow and anticipate team needs during surgery
• Assist with teaching and precepting when needed

• Certified Surgical Technologist credential
• BLS certification
• NBSTSA certification

• Robotic surgery experience
• C-section, ENT, or plastics case experience
